Participants must be physically fit and medically capable of undertaking high-altitude trekking.

All prices are mentioned in INR unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made via approved payment methods only.
Any additional costs arising from personal expenses, emergency evacuation, or unplanned stay are to be borne by the participant.

No refunds will be provided for:
No-shows
Voluntary trek withdrawal
Early departure from the trek
Route changes due to weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions
Trek itineraries may change due to weather conditions, landslides, safety concerns, or forest department regulations.

Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances during the trek is strictly prohibited.
Any behavior harmful to fellow trekkers, staff, locals, or the environment may result in immediate removal from the trek without refund.
Littering and environmental damage are strictly prohibited.
We follow Leave No Trace principles.
Participants must carry back non-biodegradable waste.
Violations may result in penalties as per local regulations.
We may use photographs or videos taken during the trek for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in such material, you must inform us in writing before the trek.
