1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.

  • Trek slots are subject to availability and government permissions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if required information is incomplete or inaccurate.


2. Eligibility & Fitness

  • Participants must be physically fit and medically capable of undertaking high-altitude trekking.

  • You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before the trek.

  • We reserve the right to deny participation if a trekker is deemed unfit for safety reasons, without refund.


3. Payments

  • All prices are mentioned in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made via approved payment methods only.

  • Any additional costs arising from personal expenses, emergency evacuation, or unplanned stay are to be borne by the participant.


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation terms will be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy displayed separately on the website.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • No-shows

    • Voluntary trek withdrawal

    • Early departure from the trek

    • Route changes due to weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions


5. Trek Itinerary Changes

  • Trek itineraries may change due to weather conditions, landslides, safety concerns, or forest department regulations.

8. Permits & Identification

  • Government-issued ID proof is mandatory for permits and forest entry.

  • Providing false or invalid documents may result in cancellation without refund.


9. Equipment & Gear

  • You are responsible for bringing mandatory personal trekking gear as advised.

  • Rented gear, if provided, must be returned in proper condition; damage or loss will be chargeable.


10. Code of Conduct

  • Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substances during the trek is strictly prohibited.

  • Any behavior harmful to fellow trekkers, staff, locals, or the environment may result in immediate removal from the trek without refund.

  • Littering and environmental damage are strictly prohibited.


11. Environmental Responsibility

  • We follow Leave No Trace principles.

  • Participants must carry back non-biodegradable waste.

  • Violations may result in penalties as per local regulations.


12. Photography & Media

  • We may use photographs or videos taken during the trek for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to appear in such material, you must inform us in writing before the trek.


13. Limitation of Liability
